Our Roots 

I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs, so business has always been a part of my life. At 13, I jumped into the family business, helping deliver muffins and cupcakes to convenience stores across Houston. In our family, it was tradition to start early—whatever the business, you rolled up your sleeves and learned it from the ground up. 

What started with just $500 turned into the largest distribution network in the area, eventually growing into a multi-million-dollar operation. It was an exciting time full of challenges, growth, and pride. But when the 2008 recession hit and margins started shrinking, we had to make some tough decisions. We built a successful exit plan, transitioned out, and for over a decade became silent partners reaping the fruit of our labor. 

Grounded in Purpose, Guided by Data

I remember how we cared for our employees like family, treated customers with warmth, and worked tirelessly for something that felt truly ours. That sense of purpose is what I want to relive and help others find in their own journeys.

Over time, I realized that what helped our business succeed wasn’t just hard work, it was understanding the numbers. I became fascinated by what data could reveal; the patterns, the blind spots, the hidden opportunities. That curiosity pulled me deeper into the world of financials, then analytics, and eventually into automation and AI. It was like unlocking a whole new language of business.

I saw how much clarity and control it gave, and I couldn’t stop wondering: What if every small business had access to this? The truth is, most don’t—not because they don’t care, but because these tools have always been too expensive, too complex, or just out of reach for them to compete with big corporations in fairness. 

Why EasePro Exists 

That’s when EasePro was born with a simple purpose: We Simplify. You Thrive. 

I wanted to build something meaningful with people I trust, love, and care about instead of doing it alone. We’re a group of friends, mentors, and mentees, brought together through a mentorship group I’ve led for over 15 years in my community, a group rooted in lifting others up and inspiring the next generation. 
Each person brings more than just deep expertise in finance, analytics, automation, or AI; they bring a shared heart for helping small business owners thrive. We’re building more than a service; we’re creating a support system—something human, grounded, and built to make a real difference.
